Plan Fell Apart.

Me and Sharon had purchased a 3/4 ton pick up truck a few weeks back; I did a little bit of work to the bed as well as a little fabricating. The project has been moving smoothly ever since, downside to this is I had put a camper on hold and made the rookie mistake of not looking at the size of my bed. I was told the bed of my truck was 8ft and I didn’t think anything of it until I went to pick up the camper and sure enough, the package doesn’t fit.

What an embarrassing situation, I worked on the bed and didn’t even think anything of it…

This is me getting this off my chest, it’s an unfortunate situation. The seller made me feel guilty that he has missed out on ‘5 sales’ all offering more than what I had given him to hold it. Talk about a way to start a day; feeling much better now and surprisingly happy to be typing this out. Me and Sharon created this blog for a number of reasons.  One of which is that we have something to work together on, I hope you like this article Sharon, I know I am talking about the negative but it feels good to get it out of my system (again).

The plan was too create a “truck & camper package” make a little money off the flip but mainly have the experience of renovating the camper under my belt. The project sounds fun, I am still looking to do this, I just need to find another camper now. One that fits in my 6ft bed…

Once the project is complete and I do flip the package, I am looking forward to wishing the individual who purchases it luck on their journey. Do you enjoy camping? Our latest camping trip was the quite the experience, I feel like me and Sharon both learned a lot. We’d love to hear more about you and your experiences. Feel free to contact us at any time, we are both around generally, with all these Smartphones how could we not be?

This is an ideal scenario for me, and we just got back.
